Dave joined Nathan & Associates, Inc. in 1985 and has become an expert working with national homebuilders, master plan developers, and lot developers. He focuses on maximizing land values by understanding product segmentation and niching, which results in higher pricing and absorption. A native of Portland, Oregon, and an Arizona State University graduate, Dave lives with his wife and three children in Paradise Valley. He is a member of ICSC.
Ryan graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He attended USU on a full ride athletic scholarship. Following graduation in 2001, he joined the Land Advisors organization, working there until 2010. Ryan joined Nathan & Associates, Inc. in December 2010 following his tenure with Land Advisors (12/2001 to 12/2010). Ryan has been responsible for the acquisition and disposition of parcels and subdivisions throughout Arizona and Southern California, working with school districts, investors, developers, and home builders from across the Country. Phil has been a licensed Designated Broker in the State of California since 1997 and has served as a Salesperson/Broker for Nathan & Associates, LLC since the office was opened in 2009. He has an extensive background as a private developer of residential lots, building custom homes in Oregon and Arizona and free-standing commercial buildings for national tenants in California, Arizona and Nevada, culminating with sales to 1031 IRC Investors. He has been a resident of Scottsdale, Arizona for many years.
