Phil has been a licensed Designated Broker in the State of California since 1997 and has served as a Salesperson/Broker for Nathan & Associates, LLC since the office was opened in 2009. He has an extensive background as a private developer of residential lots, building custom homes in Oregon and Arizona and free-standing commercial buildings for national tenants in California, Arizona and Nevada, culminating with sales to 1031 IRC Investors. He has been a resident of Scottsdale, Arizona for many years.
