Casey has been actively involved in Arizona real estate and licensed since 1996. Joining the Nathan & Associates, Inc. team as a sales associate in 1999, Casey has specialized in the underwriting, product segmentation, residual analysis and sales of master planned communities throughout the Phoenix MSA. In addition, he is responsible for working with both public and private home builders, SFR new build to rent developers, apartment and commercial developers, and speculative investors on the acquisition and disposition of land assets. In 2012, Casey was involved in the formation of the single-family residential REIT Colony American Homes which was subsequently merged with Blackstone’s Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH). Over the years, Casey has been integral in the valuation and sale of multiple private home building companies within the Phoenix market. Casey graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS degree in Economics and a BS degree in Finance. Originally from Ogden, Utah, Casey now lives with his wife and four children in the Arcadia neighborhood in Central Phoenix.
